Important Information for Your Trip

1. Payment Discounts :Guests paying the balance in cash (USD and Peru Soles accepted) are eligible for a 5% to 10% discount at our office in Cusco, located at Calle Chiwampata 580 – San Blas.
2. Packing List : To ensure you have everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip, please download the Packing List here 
3. Cusco City Pickups: Scheduled between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM—please be ready to board your transportation.
4. Restricted Areas: Some streets in Cusco, including the upper San Blas neighborhood and others, are pedestrian-only and not accessible for larger minivans. If your hotel is in an inaccessible area, our representative will coordinate a suitable meeting point and time for pickup and drop off.
5. Luggage Recommendations : We highly recommend packing only the essentials to ensure a comfortable journey. If you have larger suitcases or backpacks, consider leaving unnecessary items at your hotel or our storage rooms in city.
6. Duffel Bags Available: You may request a duffel bag from our office i Cusco a few days before departure
7. Storage Options: We provide a secure storage room at our office for any extra luggage you wish to leave behind. Alternatively, you can drop off your remaining luggage on the morning of departure, as the minivan will be passing by our storage room.
8. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible; cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will result in the retention of the deposit. Changes to your booking may incur additional fees, depending on availability. We’ll accommodate changes on our fixed departure dates only, with no custom date options available
9. Participation in our fixed departures is subject to the following group size requirements: minimum 2 participants, maximum 9 participants.
